What is your return policy? 

Returns are only available for online orders only. For assistance regarding a purchase made through any of our social media platforms, please DM the account itself. All in-store purchases are final sale. For your convenience, we've provided two return options;

Return By Mail

Returns for online orders must be requested within 12 days of purchase date. All items must be received by TCTC within 21 days of original shipment date. All returns purchased on or after 6/23/2020 must have original tags still attached. For online returns being mailed back, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label to print and use for a non-refundable fee of $5.95. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received by TCTC. Please provide the original packing slip that you received with your order, or a physical print out of your order confirmation that was emailed to you.

Returns In-Store
Returns for online orders may also be accepted at any TCTC location within 12 days of the purchase date. All returns purchased on or after 6/23/2020 must have original tags still attached. In order to return an item at one of our TCTC locations, you must provide the original packing slip that you received with your order. Upon receiving the item as well as the packing slip, we will provide a return receipt and your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 24-48 hours in which you will be notified via email.

What items are not eligible for return?

All items purchased in-store are not eligible for return. Items received after return period or with any damage or signs of use after purchase, are not eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return; handbags, jewelry, swimwear, sunglasses, luggage, beauty, sale items and all otherwise noted final sale items.

Can I re-consign items that cannot be returned?

All previously consigned items may be eligible for consignment again. However, due to changes in demand and seasonality, we cannot guarantee that an item purchased from us can be re-consigned at a later date. Learn more about consigning your items with TCTC.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. Please be aware that orders with multiple items may ship separately. In these cases, you will receive email notifications and tracking information for each shipment.

Are all items listed on your website authentic?

Yes, all items listed on our website are certified authentic. Since 2003, TCTC has set the industry standard for an unwavering commitment to selling only authentic goods. Each item has been inspected and verified by our in-house experts as well as vetted third-party authentication services. A complimentary Certificate of Authenticity is available with purchase of designer items, upon request.

Do you accept returns?

All sale are final.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we want to deliver your items as soon as possible, we process orders in real-time during business hours. This means we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed through our website. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Generally your shipment will be delivered between 3 to 10 business days from the time of order, but shipping time can vary for some items. For the most precise estimated shipping window, please scroll to the bottom of the listing itself.

I put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?

Why am I being charged tax at checkout if most of your items are previously owned?

The Closet Trading Co. has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.
