Official Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period:
Promotion begins June 30, 2026 and ends July 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST.

How to Enter:
Customers who consign a minimum of $500 in accepted resale value with The Closet Trading Co. during the promotion period will receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.

  • One (1) entry will be awarded for every $500 in accepted resale value consigned during the promotion period.
  • Resale value is determined solely by The Closet Trading Co. at the time items are accepted for consignment.
  • Entries are cumulative. For example, $1,000 in accepted resale value equals two (2) entries.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a one-night stay at Calamigos Guest Ranch and Beach Club.

Prize includes:

  • One (1) night of accommodations.

Occupancy limited to a maximum of two (2) guests.

Prize does not include:

  • Transportation or travel expenses.
  • Airfare.
  • Ground transportation.
  • Meals, beverages, room service, spa services, activities, parking fees, resort fees, gratuities, taxes, or any other incidental expenses.
  • Any costs not expressly stated as included.

Eligibility:

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, franchise owners, and immediate family members of The Closet Trading Co. are not eligible to win.
  • Offer valid only for the individual who received the invitation. Invitations and associated benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or redeemed by any other person. The Closet Trading Co. reserves the right to verify eligibility and revoke the offer if misuse is suspected.

Winner Selection:

  • One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 5, 2026.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Winner will be contacted via phone and/or email using the information provided at the time of consignment.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Restrictions:

Prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or substituted.Stay dates are subject to availability and any restrictions imposed by Calamigos Guest Ranch.Blackout dates may apply.The Closet Trading Co. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Winner must abide by all rules, regulations and conditions of Calamigos Guest Ranch and its properties and affiliates.

General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of The Closet Trading Co., which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

The Closet Trading Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary.
